​​​Dr. J. Elliott Brown is a board-certified radiologist with advanced expertise in musculoskeletal imaging and over a decade of experience performing image-guided injections for pain management. He served on faculty at both Yale, where he led the creation of Yale’s Musculoskeletal Ultrasound Interventional Program and subsequently Brown medical schools, where he led clinical services. 

 

As founder of Pure Marrow, Inc., Dr. Brown holds patents on bone marrow harvesting technology and is advancing stem cell therapies through innovative mobilization techniques.
